Totally agree. And we have to let the athletes lead…it is their gymnastics. If you are sensitive and communicate well with them they will let you know when they are ready to take the next step. All you can do is offer the opportunities, it is up to them to jump in.

I wish you all the best, and thank you so much for all the knowledge you have shared with everyone. I for one have learned a lot for all your videos, and knowledge is just invaluable so i can’t thank you enough.
I myself just left the club that i was with for 7 years (in New Zealand) and moved to the US to try and look for other coaching opportunities to learn, and i totally sympathize with how you might feel.

Best wishes, Enrique on your new adventure. We all (coaches who have left a gym) know how difficult and bittersweet leaving can be. But I am a firm believer in doors opening that you could never imagined would have been possible. You will find your way & it will be better than what you thought it could be!
